Chimichurri

Chimichurri is the perfect sauce for beef. Here, Tom shows you how to make it at home.

  1. Add all the ingredients to your food processor, except the olive oil. Turn on high speed.

  2. Slowly add the olive oil until everything is fully combined.

  3. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 6 days (it will taste best after a day to marinade).
