Burgers cooked medium (pink) carry a higher risk of food poisoning. Unlike a steak, a burger needs to be cooked through to reduce that risk. The Food Standards Agency recommends that children, pregnant women and anyone with a weaker immune system have their burgers well done.

We’ve got our own butchery where we make our burgers from scratch, and this year we went straight to the source and launched Honest Farming, to deliver regeneratively reared beef working direct with British farmers. Our spuds are grown for us locally in West Sussex, before we send them to our prep kitchen and turn them into our Honest chips 365 days per year. Fresh, never frozen.
