Here’s how Honest began, going right back to our marquee days in Brighton to our first restaurant in Brixton, which is about the same size as the marquee!

In the beginning we had a marquee and a grill and a pitch at Brighton Food Festival, until we found a shoebox site in Brixton Village by chance.
