TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility: 

The Honest Burgers Equity Shares Prize Draw (“the Promotion”) is open to participants, are 18 or over, and legal residents of the UK only 

How to Enter:  

You can enter the Promotion by scanning the burger giveaway ticket QR code and submitting the online form here. Only one entry per person is allowed. 

All entries must be received by midnight on 27/09/23. 

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received on 29/09/23, and winners will be notified by telephone or email within seven days of the draw. 

Prizes:  

The prize for the Promotion is as follows: £5,000 worth of Honest Equity Shares, which is the equivalent of 5,000 ‘Crowd Ordinary Shares’. Crowd Ordinary shares do not carry any voting rights. 

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. 

Publicity:  

By participating in the Promotion, winners agree to allow Honest Burgers to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation. 

General Terms:  

Honest Burgers reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion at any time without prior notice; and to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions; and to make final decisions on all matters related to the Promotion, including eligibility and winner selection. 

Privacy:  

Personal information collected during the Promotion will be used only for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
