A collab with Test Kitchen, our Windsor local burger is a beef burger with Waterloo cheese, bacon, tarragon and miso butter, crispy onions, mushroom sour cream, lettuce and beef jus mayo.
At the beginning, Tom would cycle to and from the first Honest in Brixton and our butchers in Marylebone every day. A few years on, Tom’s no longer our bicycle courier, but we’re still doing things our way – even if that’s the hard way – to make a better burger.

We’re a best of British kind of place. Our beef patties are homemade by us and our potatoes are from a fifth generation potato farmer in West Sussex.
We love working with small, independent producers and often create local specials that reflect our neighbourhoods. All of our restaurants serve at least one beer from a nearby brewery.
