This burger is only available at our restaurant in Meard St – Soho.
Our Soho burger is a collaboration with Mark The Gay Farmer, who produces incredible organic olive oil on his mum's farm in Murcia, Spain.
To our beef we add Mark’s fresh pesto (a good glug of his oil, pine nuts, parmesan, pecorino, Amalfi lemons and basil) plus smoked bacon, mozzarella, garlic mayo, tomato and rocket.
Try it at our Soho restaurant and, if you get lucky, leave with a bottle of Mark’s olive oil or tub of fresh pesto.
