We've been close with Northern Monk for a few years now, first popping up at their Manchester Refectory taproom in 2019.

We’ve got big collab plans for 2022, the first of which is this beer-laced local special that you will only at our Northern Monk brewery pop-up in Leeds.

We've used two of Northern Monk's core beers as burger ingredients for our local burger special:

Heathen's sweet fruit character makes a great beer cheese, pairing with the sharpness of the cheddar.

For the beer pickled onions we use lots of Faith pale ale and white wine vinegar plus juniper, thyme and lemon to bring out the citrus hops.
