Our Liverpool local burger is a Double smashed Honest beef burger in collaboration with Black Lodge beer-braised onions, American cheese, candied bacon, BBQ Sauce, lettuce and pickles
Our chips are fresh, not frozen. Always. It’s a full-time job (what takes us seven days a week, 12 hours a day, could probably be done in minutes if we had piles of frozen chips). We get ours from a farmer whose family has been growing potatoes for six generations.

Our Liverpool local burger is a BBQ smashed burger with a local beer twist. We've balanced the BBQ and candied bacon sweetness with rich and hoppy beer-braised onions.
White onions are cooked low and slow with butter until they are caramelised and sticky and then rehydrated with lots of Black Lodge's gluten-free Millionspiel lager.
