It’s been 11 years now and we like to think we’ve gotten pretty good at burgers and chips. We’re all about top quality beef, the best potatoes and good times. Don’t just take our word for it though, we’ll let our food and people do the talking. After all, we’re Just Being Honest…
We knew that with great British produce, we could make the best burgers we’d tasted – anywhere. We use British cheese, British veg and British relish. We’re homegrown and homemade – we always have been and we always will be.

Briddlesford Farm Dairy was founded in 1923 with eight Guernsey cows. Today all 250 cows are direct descendants of the original eight.
A few years ago Briddlesford started making halloumi-style cheese, quickly becoming the dairy's bestseller. In 2018 it entered the Great Taste awards, winning two stars.
Briddlesford is a 100% Guernsey cow’s milk halloumi (Cypriot halloumi is normally a blend of sheep’s and goat’s milk), making it incredibly rich and buttery. Guernsey cow’s milk is loved for its high butterfat content, which gives the cheese a subtle yellow colour and marshmallow-like softness when grilled.
This special originally appeared in 2022 as a collab with Hertfordshire's finest burger merchants. Cawsburger started as a pop up during lockdown in founders Charlie and Matt's hometown of Hitchin. These days burger lovers make the pilgrimage from London and beyond.
