We've raided the Honest archives to bring back a classic special that deserves another chance to shine.
This burger is a mash-up of Spanish influences that works because all the ingredients are top quality and are tied together with our herby, sharp homemade green chimichurri.
The chorizo and manchego comes from our friends at Brindisa, who are British food heroes. They've been importing the best Spanish ingredients for over 30 years and have opened a few tapas restaurants too.
