A fried chicken burger inspired by the Caribbean with American cheese, yellow pepper BBQ sauce, garlic & herb mayo and ‘Spice Isle’ coleslaw.
It’s been 11 years now and we like to think we’ve gotten pretty good at burgers and chips. We’re all about top quality beef, the best potatoes and good times. Don’t just take our word for it though, we’ll let our food and people do the talking. After all, we’re Just Being Honest…
We knew that with great British produce, we could make the best burgers we’d tasted – anywhere. We use British cheese, British veg and British relish. We’re homegrown and homemade – we always have been and we always will be.

Our new monthly special is a fried chicken burger, inspired by our trip to the Caribbean earlier this year.
We flew to the Caribbean Island of Grenada to find inspiration for a new summer special, any excuse for a trip, right?
Grenada is a small tropical island forged from ancient volcanoes (all extinct, thankfully) with very fertile soil. Sugar cane is in abundance, which has made rum a way of life. Chocolate is a big export too, but it's Grenada's reputation as the 'Spice Isle' that has made it a must-visit for food lovers.
We've paired our juicy fried chicken with a nutmeg, cinnamon, clove and turmeric spiced coleslaw, a garlic mayo made with local herb 'shadow benie' (similar to parsley) and a BBQ sauce spiked with yellow scotch bonnet chillies.
