From the start, we wanted everything to taste homemade. Which means it has to be homemade – there are no shortcuts. So we make as much as we can ourselves, in our kitchens.
All our burgers are British, choose from beef made in our butchery, free-range and halal buttermilk or grilled chicken, Beyond Meat vegan patties and homemade vegetarian fritter burgers.
We season our chips as soon as we fry them. You can hear them hiss as we add the salt. The heat from the chips cooks the lemon and rosemary and the smell hits you as they reach the table.
Our friends at Point Cocktails have created a brand new cocktail for us, featuring a good glug of Maker's Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky.
The 6.5% ABV concoction is a refreshing crush of blackberries and cranberries with Maker's Mark Kentucky bourbon whisky. Cut with fresh lemon and sparkling ginger beer.
