We knew that with great British produce, we could make the best burgers we’d tasted – anywhere. We use British cheese, British veg and British relish. We’re homegrown and homemade – we always have been and we always will be.
Our Bourbon BBQ Sriracha sauce is a labour of love: co-created with Thiccc Sauce in Leeds, this genre-defying creation is a mash-up of famous table sauces from the East and West. And all handmade.
We start by making a classic sriracha with fermented red jalapeños. Then we make a BBQ sauce with chipotle chillies for a deep smoky flavour and a touch of heat. We then blend these two sauces with a glug of Maker's Mark Kentucky straight bourbon, which adds oaky, vanilla complexity to the final sauce.
Thiccc Sauce is a business born out of Lockdown when the founder Luca turned his love for hot food and hot sauce into a money maker.

Good One is an indie hard soda brand from East London. Their artisan hard sodas are refreshing and made with natural ingredients. They are known for their seasonal limited-edition soda drops that are made in their East London lab from scratch and there is no limit to their imagination. This particular flavour was inspired by a good old classic Kentucky iced tea where they added a nice peachy twist to complement the caramel and vanilla notes from Marker’s Mark whisky.
The flavours they come up with are often inspired by ideas from their community where everybody can dream up a flavour and Good One just might decide to bring it to life. So visit the Good One shop and have a nose around.
