This burger is guaranteed to fix you* after an evening or two of festive over-indulgence. It’s all the recovery food groups assembled together in one (un)tidy package: meat, cheese, carbs, eggs, greens and spice.
This year we’ve added our brown butter mustard mayo and rosemary chips for a chip butty vibe. It’s essentially a fry-up in a burger. With runny fried egg and Longbottom spiked Bloody Mary ketchup it’s everything you need to patch yourself up.
