TERMS & CONDITIONS – Social post competition

Eligibility:  

The British Bourbon Society social post competition (“the Promotion”) is open to participants, who are 18 or over, and legal residents of the UK only .

How to Enter:   

You can enter the Promotion by posting a photo or reel of your BBQ Bourbon Sriracha Smashed Burger and Bourbon Berry Mule on Instagram using the hashtag #HonestMakersMark. Only one entry per person is allowed. 

All entries must be received by 14/10/24.   

One lucky winner will be selected to win a bottle of Maker’s 46.

The best post and winner of the prize will be selected by Honest Burgers and Maker’s Mark and be contacted by 21/10/24 and contacted by Maker’s Mark to arrange delivery of the prize.

Prizes:    

The prize for the Promotion is as follows: 1x bottle of Maker’s 46.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.   

Publicity:   

By participating in the Promotion, winners agree to allow Honest Burgers to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation. Your post may be selected to repost on Honest Burgers social accounts.

General Terms:   

Honest Burgers reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion at any time without prior notice; and to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions; and to make final decisions on all matters related to the Promotion, including eligibility and winner selection.

Personal information collected during the Promotion will be used only for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
