We knew that with great British produce, we could make the best burgers we’d tasted – anywhere. We use British cheese, British veg and British relish. We’re homegrown and homemade – we always have been and we always will be.
Eaten Alive is a pickle, ferment and hot sauce company created by chefs Pat Bingley an Glyn Gordon. The pair have worked in some of the best kitchens in the country including The Ledbury in Notting Hill and 3 Michelin-starred L'Enclyme in the Lake District.
The pairs' mastery in the kitchen shows in their products which build on traditional fermentation techniques, layering in new and exciting flavours.
