A fried chicken burger with pickled mooli, chilli garlic mayo, spring onion, lettuce with homemade rosemary salted chips
It’s been 11 years now and we like to think we’ve gotten pretty good at burgers and chips. We’re all about top quality beef, the best potatoes and good times. Don’t just take our word for it though, we’ll let our food and people do the talking. After all, we’re Just Being Honest…
Beef, crispy parma ham, mozzarella, Baggio Burger salsa verde, nduja mayo, rocket and red onion with rosemary salted chips.
Each of our restaurants have their own local burgers, using local ingredients, in collaboration with local businesses or Head Chef creations.
Our first ever fried chicken special was a collaboration with fellow made-in-Brixton restaurant Kricket.
We came up with a bigger, burger version of their best-selling Keralan fried chicken, featuring a blend of Keralan herbs and spices, pickled mooli (a crunchy white radish) and chilli and garlic mayo.
We also teamed up with London Beer Factory - selling their mango-laced Fruit Loop beer throughout the special campaign.
