Our Spring special is a celebration of the season, and the bounty of pungent wild garlic it brings. There’s currently an abundance of these pointed bright green leaves hiding in the shades of Britain’s forests and woodlands. They're easy to identify (your nose helps), making them a good first foray into foraging.
Our Spring special is also a love letter to the producers of the South West: Helen Browning’s organic streaky bacon is made from rare breed Saddleback pork, smoked over beech. The Westcombe cheddar is matured for up to 18 months for a complex, nutty flavour.
