It takes a lot to be honest. We make our burgers from scratch in our own butchery. It’s not the easiest way but it means we can serve our burgers pink, so they eat more like a steak. We buy the best British potatoes for our chips from local farmers then double-cooked and rosemary salted. Always fresh, never frozen.
Whether it’s made in our prep kitchen, from a farm or local supplier we don’t cut corners and never compromise on the quality of ingredients.
Smash + Grab Liverpool St is now serving breakfast, the menu features a range of breakfast muffins starting from £3.5 with bacon, egg, sausage or halloumi as well as hash brown tater tots, a range of coffees, tea & juices.
Breakfast is served until 6.30am-10.30am Mon-Fri & 8am-11am Sat-Sun.
Our New York Deli special is available until 09 June and you can choose from Honest beef, Fried Chicken or Double Smashed.

Our new special is the New York Deli burger, the late, great Anthony Bourdain’s favourite sandwich turned into a burger.
In our fantasy New York deli, this is how we like it… Mortadella is folded and grilled to intensify the flavour and crisp up the outside. Smoked mozzarella and rich confit garlic dijonnaise with pickles to cut through it all. Choose from Classic Beef, Double Smashed Beef or Fried chicken.
This one is a hit of flavours and textures you won’t forget.

Honest Burgers is a British burger restaurant, first opened in Brixton in 2011. We make everything we can ourselves, and we even have our own butchery so we can make the best burgers we’d always dreamed of. We source as much as we can locally: our potatoes come from one farm in Sussex, and all our beef comes from Great Britain & Northern Ireland.
You can find beef burgers, smashed burgers halal chicken burgers, vegetarian and plant-based vegan burgers, and our homemade rosemary salted chips alongside beers from each restaurant’s local breweries.
